About the role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for our clients. The role focuses on delivering RPO/MSP solutions, executive search, and strategic talent mapping across BFSI, leadership, and GCC sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and advise clients on RPO and MSP recruitment strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at operational and executive levels, including department heads and HR directors.
- Lead executive search assignments and build pipelines for senior and executive positions.
- Translate client needs into effective talent acquisition plans and market research.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of talent trends and market dynamics.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sourcing, preferably within RPO/MSP environments.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and client consulting.
- Experience hiring for BFSI, leadership, GCC, and executive roles.
- Strong ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored acquisition strategies.
