Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads end‑to‑end recruitment while shaping hiring strategy, building talent pipelines, and mentoring a team of recruiters. This position is pivotal for scaling the organization and aligning talent acquisition with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of at least three senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, setting performance metrics and driving recruitment excellence.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals; strengthen employer branding.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, pipeline health) and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor recruiting teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data for decision‑making.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using social media recruiting tools.
