About the role
Akio Coffee Roasters is seeking an experienced, guest‑focused Senior Steward to lead floor service across its Dehradun cafés. You will ensure high service standards, mentor junior staff, and create memorable experiences for guests during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, warm, and efficient table service to all guests.
- Guide and mentor junior stewards, coordinating floor activities smoothly.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup at all times.
- Collaborate closely with baristas, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Adapt to work across multiple Dehradun café locations as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward or Senior Steward in a high‑volume café or restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest‑first attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities, punctuality, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Availability for 10‑hour shifts, six days a week.
