Senior Scrum Master – Infrastructure Run & Stability

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for its Infrastructure Run & Stability initiatives. You will join the Intelligent Automation team, supporting multiple Agile squads and ensuring efficient, customer‑centric delivery of MVP‑first solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant‑leader for several Scrum teams, removing impediments and fostering self‑organization.
• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban practices, driving continuous improvement and adherence to Agile metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and prepare stories for upcoming sprints.
• Coordinate dependencies across squads, aligning delivery commitments with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
• Track and report Agile progress using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
• Proven ability to coach cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience managing inter‑team dependencies and delivering projects on schedule.
