Senior Scrum Master – BI & Analytics

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, predictable outcomes that support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of initiatives defined by Product Owners.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, timelines, and resource alignment.
• Track delivery progress, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance.
• Ensure delivery predictability and adherence to timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and expectation management.
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and issue resolution.
• Support Product Owner by translating roadmap into executable delivery plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex initiatives in a global environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with structured planning and execution discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, including facilitating key ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
