Senior SAP ABAP Consultant – RAP, BTP & S/4HANA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of SAP solutions, focusing on RAP, BTP and S/4HANA. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality applications and support our clients’ digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs using RAP, BTP and S/4HANA technologies.
• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects from requirements gathering to production rollout.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and performance optimization.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven track record of delivering RAP, BTP and S/4HANA projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in agile environments.
