Data Analytics Manager

About the role

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead analytics initiatives that support its ESG software solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver insightful reports and dashboards that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate analytics projects, delivering customer‑facing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with Customer Services and other stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to proposal creation.
• Define, validate, and optimise data models and sources together with application development and technical teams.
• Maintain and monitor reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, performance and timely issue resolution.
• Manage multiple analytics projects, balancing priorities and resources to meet delivery timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on SQL, data analysis, data visualisation, Power BI and data transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data visualisation.
• Strong ability to understand complex data problems and drive effective solutions independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI proficiency.
• Complex SQL query writing and large‑dataset handling.
• Python (preferred but not mandatory).
• Tableau (optional advantage).
