Senior Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for WillScot’s sales force in Pune. The role focuses on aligning training with best‑practice sales techniques and ensuring consistency across all sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training and enablement programs covering WillScot solutions, sales soft skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Design and execute new‑hire onboarding curricula, including 7‑, 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day check‑ins.
• Create coaching programs for sales managers to drive high‑performing teams.
• Lead leadership and management development initiatives for top‑performing sales individuals.
• Identify, document, and disseminate repeatable best practices across the field.
• Conduct annual sales skills assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Provide on‑site branch visits for additional training as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor or manager.
• 3+ years of experience creating and delivering sales training content, preferably for new product lines.
• 3+ years managing a sales training and development program.
• 2+ years experience with e‑learning content creation and facilitation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with e‑learning software and authoring tools.
