Senior Sales Head – Travel

About the role

The Senior Sales Head – Travel will own Dream On Travel's entire sales function, designing how the team sells, where leads originate, and how conversion improves month over month. This leadership role moves beyond personal deal‑closing to building systems, scripts, targets, and team structures that enable a telesales operation to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously refine the sales process, response flows, scripts, and follow‑up sequences for the telesales team.
• Set daily and weekly targets, track individual and team performance, and run regular reviews to identify lead bottlenecks.
• Step in on complex, high‑value, or escalated customer conversations requiring senior judgment.
• Collaborate with marketing to align campaign messaging and timing with real‑time conversion data.
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth handoff from booked to travelling, preventing customer complaints.
• Identify structural improvements, new tools, better lead sources, and smarter pricing presentations to boost conversion rates.
• Report sales performance and strategy directly to founders/leadership.

Required profile

• Graduate in any field; specialisation in marketing, communication, or travel is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, including direct and telesales environments.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams.
• Comfortable acting as both strategist and player‑coach.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose conversion issues and devise data‑driven solutions.
