Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery Alloys

About the role

TradesApp is looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the growth of its specialised jewellery alloy portfolio in Mumbai. You will combine deep commercial acumen with an understanding of the jewellery manufacturing ecosystem to create tailored alloy solutions for manufacturers, dealers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets for jewellery alloy products.
• Identify, prospect and win new business among jewellery manufacturers, dealers, distributors and other industry stakeholders.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, understanding their technical requirements and recommending appropriate alloy solutions.
• Deliver product presentations that highlight technical and commercial benefits, manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to closing, and ensure profitable contract terms.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging alloy developments to inform sales tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth order processing, delivery and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales, business development or technical sales roles.
• Background in jewellery manufacturing, alloys, precious metals, industrial products or related technical sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of working independently.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
