About the role

Kumari Fine Jewellery is seeking a full‑time Retail Salesperson to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience for customers in Mumbai. You will be the face of the brand, helping clients discover jewellery that expresses their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable pieces.
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and inventory checks using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support visual merchandising by keeping displays organized and appealing.
• Answer customer queries, manage after‑sales service, and ensure store hygiene standards.
• Stay updated on new collections and collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets.
• Represent Kumari’s brand values and aesthetic in every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales and sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build trust and create memorable experiences.
• Solid product knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Basic numeracy and proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Relevant experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery sales is preferred.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and stand for extended periods in a showroom environment.
• Professional appearance, customer‑focused mindset, and high integrity when handling high‑value products.
