Senior Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist

About the role

BTVK Advisory is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong focus on sourcing to join its talent acquisition team. You will partner with business leaders to attract top‑tier talent and support the firm’s growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with experienced candidates.
• Manage all sourcing channels, including internal talent pools, external vendors, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to define staffing needs and promote a recruiting‑first mindset.
• Utilize recruitment tools and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with EEO and diversity policies.
• Leverage assessment tools and external agencies to enhance the hiring experience.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members and contribute to firm‑wide recruitment programs.
• Support projects related to employer branding, applicant tracking system optimization, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Partner with HR and Resource Management to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HR emphasis preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in public accounting or professional services.
• Experience with recruiting systems or tools.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
