About the role
Microsoft is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead Early in Profession hiring. You will shape the future talent pipeline by attracting university graduates, apprentices, and early‑career professionals to join our innovative teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute short‑ and long‑term hiring plans for complex talent pools.
- Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, preparing candidates for each hiring stage.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to generate differentiated talent across regions and subsidiaries.
- Manage assessment frameworks, screening processes, and maintain candidate data in Microsoft systems.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps, provide market insights, and drive hiring plans.
Required profile
- 8+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR experience (or equivalent combination of degree and experience).
- Proven ability to influence business leaders and build inclusive hiring pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing early‑career talent.
