Senior React Native Developer – Consumer Lending

About the role

We are looking for a senior software engineer to design and build high‑quality mobile and web applications for consumer‑lending products. The role works in a hybrid day‑shift model, focusing on robust architecture, secure API integration and performant user experiences using React.js and React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable mobile applications for consumer‑lending solutions with modular, maintainable code.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and React Native that meet accessibility and performance standards.
• Implement secure, well‑structured REST API integrations for reliable data exchange.
• Configure and optimise networking libraries for resilient connectivity and efficient data transfer.
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical designs.
• Apply Git best practices (branching, merging, code reviews) to ensure high code quality.
• Conduct unit, integration and end‑to‑end testing for loan origination, repayment and account management flows.
• Investigate and resolve production issues through log analysis, performance monitoring and debugging.
• Document architecture decisions and technical implementations for cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor peers on React, React Native, REST API design and mobile architecture patterns.

Required profile

• Several years of experience building mobile and web applications in a consumer‑finance or similar regulated domain.
• Strong understanding of secure API integration, data protection and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in hybrid or remote team settings.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
