Senior Python Fullstack Developer (Java & ReactJS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Python Fullstack Developer to join a collaborative team that builds large‑scale, distributed micro‑service systems. You will work closely with business analysts, designers, and project managers to deliver clean, iterative code while championing best engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Advocate continuous delivery to provide high‑quality software early to customers.
• Collaborate in value‑driven teams to create innovative customer experiences.
• Design and implement large‑scale distributed systems built on micro‑services.
• Partner with teammates to build features, design concepts, interactive prototypes and embed UX specifications.
• Apply latest technology insights from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools, promote a DevOps culture and shift security left in development.
• Participate in the full software consulting lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Mentor less‑experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong influence and advocacy for technical excellence, open to change.
• Active presence in the external tech community, sharing knowledge via talks or contributions.
