Senior Project Manager – Ultrasound Segment

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of global, cross‑functional programs for the Ultrasound segment. The role focuses on patch and sustaining releases across the Ultrasound portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global, cross‑functional core teams covering engineering (hardware/software), product management, clinical, systems, quality & regulatory, and service operations.
• Own integrated release plans, schedules, milestones and drive disciplined delivery.
• Manage scope intake, prioritisation, change control and configuration management for product, software, documentation and process changes.
• Coordinate release readiness activities including verification/validation, cybersecurity and safety assessments, documentation, and regulatory deliverables.
• Establish release governance, facilitate status reporting, issue triage, formal reviews and stakeholder readouts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and inter‑dependencies affecting schedule, cost or quality.
• Plan and manage budgets, resources and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Support post‑release monitoring, field feedback handling and lessons‑learned integration.
• Promote process excellence by applying and improving project‑management methodologies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, global projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong governance, risk‑management and stakeholder‑alignment capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and capacity across concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies.
