Senior Project Manager – Operations (Interior)

About the role

Trance Interiors is looking for a results‑driven Senior Project Manager – Operations to own overall business operations, monitor performance, and ensure execution excellence across all departments. The role serves as a central leadership anchor, coordinating design, projects, CRM, purchase, and accounts while reporting directly to the Founder & Principal Designer.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor departmental performance, conduct regular reviews, and track KPIs.
• Oversee high‑level progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and site teams to guarantee cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Accounts team on budgeting, cost monitoring, and profitability tracking.
• Ensure effective use of ERP systems, review MIS reports, and drive process improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, foster a culture of accountability, and maintain clear communication.
• Enforce company policies, internal controls, and compliance mechanisms.
• Monitor project quality, client satisfaction, and resolve inter‑departmental conflicts.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
• 8–15 years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership.
• Experience in interior contracting, construction, infrastructure, or healthcare projects.
