Senior Architect – Level I & II

About the role

The Senior Architect (Level I & II) will lead design development from concept through completion, ensuring high‑quality documentation and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Project Architect/Team Lead, this role also mentors junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process, producing concept, development and construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal architects and external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) to align design intent.
• Prepare and review detailed working drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and project standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design‑related issues.
• Plan and manage timely delivery of drawings, presentations and phase deliverables.
• Mentor interns, apprentices and junior architects, providing technical guidance.
• Support client presentations and incorporate feedback into revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–8 years of architectural design and project execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and detail‑orientation skills.
