Senior Project Manager

About the role

Kool Home Builders Pvt is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and execute multiple high‑profile construction projects across Kerala. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President – Projects, you will be the execution head for a portfolio that includes government institutions, private high‑rise buildings, and KMRL projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams and ensure delivery within schedule and budget.
• Review project proposals to define timelines, funding limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop work plans, assign duties, and define authority scopes.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel activities, monitoring progress against plans.
• Control and monitor project costs to achieve timely completion.
• Analyse status reports, adjust schedules or plans as required, and communicate updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree.
• Minimum 20 years of overall experience in construction.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically in a Project Manager role.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.
