Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transition programs across multiple service lines and geographies. The role serves as the single point of ownership for all transition workstreams, ensuring seamless people, process, and technology transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end transition activities, including People Transfer, Process & Tools, and Organization Change Management.
• Ensure contractual transition clauses are measurable, attainable, and reportable.
• Collaborate daily with client and internal stakeholders to achieve defined transition outcomes.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigations, and track KPIs for cost, schedule, and quality.
• Prepare and present clear transition status updates to senior internal and client stakeholders.
• Design transition solutions for sales pursuits/RFPs and deliver oral presentations to clients.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to support transition execution.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful cut‑over to steady‑state operations.
• Own weekly transition reporting and steering‑committee communications.

Required profile

• 18+ years of experience in managing large‑scale transitions (500+ FTEs) across application support and development.
• Proven experience across multiple industry domains.
• Experience designing transition solutions and presenting them in sales contexts.
• Strong background in organizational change management.
• MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
