About the role

Downwell is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across its portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or APM are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
