Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across web, mobile and enterprise platforms. The role combines deep technical understanding with strong leadership to ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects.
• Define project scope, timelines and allocate resources.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including development, QA and design.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, handling expectations and reporting.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs and team productivity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; PMP, PMI‑ACP or CSM preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
