Senior Project Manager I

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across the organization. The role involves managing project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor progress, manage changes to scope, schedule and costs, and report status to management.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools, especially for application development and cloud migration efforts.
• Perform risk management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives when Agile methodology is used.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with application development or system migration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership and multi‑tasking abilities.
