Senior Project Manager – Delivery (AV Domain)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Delivery will lead large‑scale operations that provide high‑quality ground truth data for Autonomous Vehicle (AV) machine‑learning models. You will combine rigorous project‑management practices with strong client‑facing communication to oversee multi‑location teams, ensure operational excellence, and meet financial and throughput targets.

Key responsibilities

• Apply robust project‑management methodologies to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver end‑to‑end data annotation projects.
• Own delivery performance, guaranteeing accuracy, throughput, and SLA compliance.
• Manage complex AV data workflows across LiDAR, multi‑sensor fusion, data triage, and HD mapping domains.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify error drivers and implement quality‑improvement plans.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, maintaining clear verbal and written communication with AV engineering and product teams.
• Track project budgets, resource billing rates, utilization, and productivity to meet monthly revenue milestones and avoid leakage.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal for headcount planning and large‑scale ramp‑ups.
• Mentor and manage a hierarchy of Group Leads and Team Leads, driving performance appraisals and calibrations.

Required profile

• 12–14 years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery, preferably in ITeS, BPO, or technology sectors.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on management experience in Autonomous Vehicle data annotation and labeling.
• Proven operational expertise in LiDAR, multi‑sensor fusion, AV triage, or mapping/GIS.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Flawless English communication (written and spoken) for high‑visibility client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Operations Management (MBA a plus).
