Senior Project Manager – Consulting

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead consulting engagements within Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, driving successful delivery of AI‑enabled digital transformation projects for strategic customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary delivery teams—including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders—to meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Maintain portfolio health by tracking financials, forecasting, and providing accurate project status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and lead change control processes, especially around data readiness, model governance, and ethical AI considerations.
• Engage executive stakeholders and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer objectives.
• Mentor and coach delivery professionals, fostering a customer‑centric culture and high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects or programs with end‑to‑end delivery responsibility.
• Strong background in consulting engagements and ability to work with senior executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial governance, forecasting, and commercial management.
• Experience handling data‑related risks, model governance, and ethical AI considerations.
