Senior Principal Recruiter – US Tech & Leadership Hiring

About the role

Factspan is seeking a Senior Principal Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for US‑based analytics, data, AI and leadership positions. Based in Bangalore, you will work US hours to partner with senior business leaders and deliver top‑tier talent for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for specialized analytics and senior leadership roles (Director, VP, AVP) across US teams.
• Lead executive searches, conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to attract high‑impact candidates.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for passive senior talent using advanced networking and social media techniques.
• Create hiring plans, manage assessment processes, and oversee onboarding of senior hires.
• Provide MIS reports and strategic insights on recruitment pipelines to senior management.
• Advise US business leaders on compensation trends, market data, and talent strategy.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on US leadership and technology hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven ability to engage senior‑level candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent business acumen, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, especially in high‑pressure offer discussions.
