Senior PMIS IT Support Specialist

About the role

AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a senior professional to administer, integrate and support Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) across large‑scale infrastructure and construction programs. The role bridges IT, engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless data flow and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support PMIS platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, ProjectWise and Aconex.
• Design and manage integrations between PMIS, BIM, GIS, scheduling and document‑management systems.
• Provide user support, training, permissions management and system governance.
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality, database structures and information workflows.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting PMIS platforms on infrastructure or construction programs.
• Proven experience with capital projects exceeding USD 100 million and strong understanding of project controls and construction information workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
