Change Manager – Local Centralized System (LCS)

About the role

The Change Manager will lead the change management workstream for Coface's Local Centralized System (LCS), a collaborative platform used for contract management, invoicing, claims and reporting across more than 550 users in 20 countries. The role ensures that all changes are embraced, adopted and effectively utilized by the impacted population.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to embed CM activities into project plans and ensure quality of change deliverables.
• Track and monitor costs, benefits, risks and issues for each project, providing timely escalation to regional or global levels.
• Provide data, statistics and KPIs on project progress to the COO and respond promptly to functional requests.

Required profile

• Degree in Process, Project and Change Management, Six Sigma, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project and change management within strategic transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in multinational or multicultural project environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
