About the role
We are building a premium neighbourhood healthcare brand and need a seasoned pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations in Mumbai. You will own the end‑to‑end pharmacy experience, ensuring safety, compliance and exceptional service for every patient.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure patient safety and strict regulatory compliance.
- Mentor, coach and develop junior pharmacists.
- Maintain a high‑quality customer experience and drive operational excellence.
- Contribute to shaping the culture of a fast‑growing pharmacy network.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of retail or community pharmacy experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor pharmacy teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity and professionalism.
- Calm under pressure with a genuine desire to serve patients.
