Clinical Operations Consultant – Onsite Clinic & Training Coordination

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Consultant to serve as the operational backbone for its onsite clinic network and customer training initiatives in India. Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, you will oversee clinic logistics, clinician onboarding, shift scheduling, and appointment turnaround while ensuring seamless communication with clients and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, room bookings, IT setup, and material preparation for onsite clinic operations.
• Manage clinician onboarding, availability tracking, and capacity planning for clinic assignments.
• Serve as primary contact for client training requests, assess feasibility, and schedule workshops, webinars, and venue logistics.
• Maintain accurate operational metrics, reports, and documentation for clinics and training programs.
• Provide administrative support to the Network Operations Manager on projects, presentations, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related clinical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or mental‑health administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle client and affiliate escalations with 100% resolution.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack.
