Clinical Lead

About the role

Lyra Health is a leading provider of mental health solutions for employers, serving over 20 million people worldwide. The Clinical Lead will head clinical governance, quality assurance, and delivery oversight for Lyra’s services in India, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the highest standards of care.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Lyra’s global clinical governance framework and quality standards within the Indian context.
• Lead clinical delivery teams—including Intake Counselors, Clinical Case Managers, and Structured Counselors—ensuring fidelity to clinical pathways and evidence‑based interventions.
• Oversee case management integrity, analyze data trends, and provide senior‑level consultation on high‑acuity cases.
• Collaborate with network operations, product, commercial, and client success teams to shape service strategy and represent Lyra’s clinical approach externally.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a clinical field such as Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Several years of post‑qualification clinical experience in mental health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence‑based treatment.
• Progressive experience in clinical leadership or supervisory roles within India.
• Deep knowledge of Indian mental health regulations (e.g., Mental Healthcare Act 2017) and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
