Senior Panel Engineer – KG/KKD

About the role

The Senior Panel Engineer will support the Lead Panel Engineer in operating on‑shore facilities safely and efficiently through DCS and ICSS control systems. The role involves preparing operational reports, reviewing SOPs and updating work instructions to ensure reliable and compliant plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 100% compliance with company procedures, standards and operating guidelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot process systems to meet daily production targets, including start‑up, shutdown and emergency response for subsea systems.
• Prepare permits, certificates and accurate operational data logs.
• Update SOPs, checklists, logbooks and isolation/maintenance procedures.
• Execute HOTO activities via OMPRO and manage interlock bypass records.
• Support alarm rationalisation, emergency drills and chemical consumption reporting.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas processing facilities, subsea control systems or on‑shore operations.
• Overall 6–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of DCS and ICSS control systems.
• Understanding of oil & gas processing facilities and subsea operations.
• Familiarity with Control of Work and Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems.
• Experience with HOTO processes and OMPRO operations management.
