Field Operator II

About the role

The Field Operator II performs hands‑on tasks using Weatherford equipment, machinery and systems. Reporting to an Operations Manager, Supervisor, Crew Leader, or Coordinator, the role follows technical manuals, procedures and work instructions to complete assignments safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, compliance and environmental protection in all activities.
• Adhere to Weatherford’s quality policies and continuously seek improvements.
• Execute daily operations in line with documented policies, SOPs and workplace practices.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analyses, reporting issues promptly.
• Keep equipment, facilities and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Perform functional tests, inspections and monitoring of equipment according to technical work instructions.
• Inspect used parts for dimensional changes and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

Required skills
