About the role

Expro is seeking a Senior Operator to join its offshore team. Working under supervision, you will prepare and run equipment on offshore sites, ensuring safe and successful operations that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate offshore equipment safely, following the operating manual and preventing technical issues.
• Conduct equipment checks to verify compliance with Expro policies, standards, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate daily with supervisors to plan site support, material spares, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in toolbox talks, planning meetings, and on‑site briefings.
• Support on‑shore preparation and return of equipment as needed.
• Engage with client representatives professionally, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with offshore supervisors, team members, and operations departments.
• Complete required documentation in line with company procedures and client specifications.
• Share knowledge with junior staff and pursue competency development for current and future roles.

Required profile

• Formal technical qualification relevant to offshore operations.
• At least 6 years of technical experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated competency at the appropriate grade level.

Required skills

• Equipment operation on offshore platforms.
• Technical compliance verification and inspection.
• Understanding of offshore safety procedures and manuals.
• Documentation and reporting of operational activities.
