About the role
Planning and organizing various activities in a fabrication shop. Fabrication knowledge, especially welding, is required.
Key responsibilities
- Daily work planning, manpower allocation, and control of production activities to achieve targets.
- Study of drawings and preparation of the sequence of operations.
- Monitoring productivity of personnel and machinery.
- Identifying material and maintaining its status during fabrication and final inspection.
- Maintaining ISO documentation on a daily basis.
- Applying Lean Management principles.
Required profile
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, particularly welding.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and Lean Management practices.
