Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

AiSensy is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels. You will partner directly with founders, business leaders, and hiring managers to shape hiring strategies for a fast‑growing SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and the founder’s office.
• Develop role‑specific hiring plans, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
• Manage recruiter productivity through targets, dashboards, and weekly updates.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health.
• Improve screening quality, interview scorecards, and hiring manager feedback loops.
• Build and optimise sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals, vendors, and passive outreach.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Required profile

• 9‑12 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in startups, SaaS, or high‑growth environments.
• Proven experience managing recruiters and leading hiring for multiple roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Instahyre.
• Ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of hiring metrics, dashboards, and recruitment funnels.
• Demonstrated skill in candidate closing and offer negotiations.
• High ownership, urgency, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced, founder‑led setting.
