Senior Manager, Strategy & Execution – Consumer Products & Retail

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for an experienced strategy consulting professional to join its Consumer Products and Retail team in GDS India as an Associate Director. Based in Bengaluru, you will work as an integrated member of the Singapore Strategy & Execution team, supporting client engagements across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. It is a client-facing consulting and leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, major workstreams or independent modules across strategy, commercial transformation and operational transformation, structuring complex problems and turning analysis into practical recommendations.
• Work on strategy and transformation engagements such as market entry, go-to-market, revenue growth, digital and AI-led transformation, commercial due diligence, M&A integration, cost and supply chain transformation, retail transformation and turnaround strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop teams across GDS India, Singapore and the wider EY-Parthenon network, and support recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives.
• Support ASEAN-focused proposals and business development, and help deepen and build new client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; master's degree or MBA preferred.
• At least six years of relevant experience, including significant experience in a strategy consulting firm or closely related environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the Consumer Products and Retail sector and leading substantial workstreams or client engagements.
• Ideal candidates have experience in Singapore, ASEAN or other international markets, and familiarity with the region's business environment and consumer trends.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Experience managing and developing consulting teams and working with dispersed teams across locations.
• Ability to travel internationally, including short on-site assignments in Singapore and other ASEAN markets.
