Senior Manager – Program Management, Strategy & Governance (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Manager to lead program management, strategy and governance initiatives within its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on cybersecurity, threat intelligence and vulnerability management, helping clients build resilient digital infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale operational and strategic initiatives across multiple client engagements.
• Design and improve global processes related to risk, threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
• Develop and execute transformation strategies that integrate security technologies and frameworks.
• Provide advisory services to senior client stakeholders on cybersecurity governance and risk mitigation.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver continuous operational improvements and incident response capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience at senior manager level in cybersecurity or risk advisory.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills with senior client executives.
