Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

PWC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Finance implementations. You will work with clients across finance, operations and technology to design, configure and optimise Oracle Cloud Financials, helping them achieve digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, Cash Management).
• Design financial systems in line with industry best practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI.
• Provide hyper‑care and AMS support post‑go‑live.
• Work with external vendors and consultants for solution delivery, training and testing.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant.
• Minimum two full‑cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Tax modules and a solid understanding of accounting standards.
• BTech or MBA degree.
• Ability to work independently with a can‑do attitude and commitment to diversity and equality.
