Finance Transformation Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its Process and Performance Management practice within Finance Consulting. You will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise finance function structures, improve control standards and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to client project delivery, including planning, solution design, execution, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Manage project financials, risk and issue resolution while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Drive finance function transformation covering strategy, structure, people, processes, technology and change management.
• Implement efficiency initiatives such as shared services, outsourcing, and process optimisation for P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury and working capital.

Required profile

• MBA and/or CA qualification.
• 4‑15 years of experience in finance transformation, shared‑services or outsourcing strategy, design and implementation.
• Prior experience in a Big 4, consulting firm, large IT/BPM services company or a major corporation is an advantage.
