Senior Manager – GenAI Legacy Modernization & Agentic AI Transformation

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead GenAI legacy modernization and Agentic AI transformation initiatives for financial services clients. Based in Bangalore, you will combine solution architecture, client engagement, delivery leadership, and pre‑sales support to modernize legacy platforms and automate banking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and drive legacy modernization projects for GCC financial services clients.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions that redesign and automate core banking workflows.
• Lead delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Provide pre‑sales technical expertise and support business development activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing technology landscapes.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale modernization or AI transformation projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to travel for extended periods (6–8 months) and manage on‑site engagements.
• Experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
