Senior Manager – ESG Climate & Sustainability Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its ESG Climate & Sustainability Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on integrating environmental, social, governance and climate considerations into client strategies, providing consulting on mitigation, adaptation, energy efficiency and renewable solutions, and helping organisations transition to a low‑carbon economy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG and climate strategies tailored to client needs.
• Analyse client operations to identify greenhouse‑gas reduction opportunities.
• Design and advise on energy‑efficiency and renewable‑energy projects.
• Conduct sustainability risk assessments and support implementation of low‑carbon initiatives.
• Lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high‑impact recommendations.

Required profile

• Several years of consulting experience with a focus on ESG, climate change or sustainability.
• Strong understanding of climate mitigation, adaptation and energy‑efficiency concepts.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex organisations and senior client leaders.
• Leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
