Senior Labour, PF & ESIC Compliance Manager (Team Lead)

About the role

The Senior Compliance Manager – Labour, PF & ESIC is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Mumbai. You will own statutory compliance for a portfolio of client businesses, ensuring adherence to labour law, Provident Fund and ESIC requirements while leading a team of compliance executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end PF, ESIC and labour law compliance for multiple client accounts.
• Track each client’s filing calendar independently and guarantee zero missed deadlines.
• Liaise directly with EPFO, ESIC and labour authorities for registrations, inspections and audits.
• Review policy and regulatory updates and translate them into actionable steps for affected clients.
• Lead, mentor and allocate work to a team of compliance executives, reviewing all filings before submission.
• Conduct regular team check‑ins to monitor filing status and mitigate risks proactively.
• Train team members on regulatory changes and escalation handling.

Required profile

• Several years of experience handling labour law, PF and ESIC compliance for corporate clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing compliance staff.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with authorities and client stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting strict filing deadlines.
