About the role
We are seeking a senior IT consultant to support our global network operations. The role focuses on designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco‑based routing, switching, Meraki, ACI, and SD‑WAN solutions across large‑scale deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages in edge access, SD‑WAN, switch, and router domains.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and own problem‑management processes for supported environments.
- Collaborate with network operations teams to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance on Meraki WLAN infrastructure for global roll‑outs.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically networking.
- Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching, Meraki, ACI, and SD‑WAN technologies.
- Hands‑on experience deploying Meraki WLAN at large, global scale.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network incidents.
