Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Hybrid Cloud Storage & DevOps

About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will lead the design, implementation and operation of hybrid cloud storage solutions, supporting both on‑premises data centers and public cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, build and support resilient and scalable storage infrastructure across on‑premises data centers and AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Identify and run proof‑of‑concepts for emerging technologies, validating performance, security and reliability.
• Lead technical projects from ideation to implementation, presenting solutions to stakeholders and managing rollout.
• Automate processes using Infrastructure as Code and scripting to improve services.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on storage and data management, advising product teams and shaping strategy.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance and other teams to ensure solutions are secure and compliant.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise‑scale IT experience with focus on storage, cloud and data resiliency.
• 4‑5 years of hands‑on senior engineering or high‑level support experience ensuring stability of critical systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions and communicate them to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering projects in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Required skills

• Hybrid cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (VPC, IAM, Route53, S3, EFS, FSx).
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Scripting with Python or PowerShell.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git.
• Enterprise storage platforms (Dell, NetApp) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• ServiceNow workflow development and Kubernetes orchestration.
