Data Analyst Specialist

About the role

Responsible for understanding data and descriptive analysis, performing activities across all project phases including data ingestion, modeling, and wrangling directly in reporting tools. The role also involves using AI in Power BI for data analysis and model creation.

Key responsibilities

• Mines and analyzes data from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement.
• Develops and maintains Power BI reports and applications.
• Communicates with platform teams to understand new trends and methodologies.
• Establishes and manages close relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensures delivery of analyses with high-quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience.
• Conducts profiling, standardization, and harmonization to collect business rules.
• Supports testing efforts and manages business testing and validation of insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing data pipelines, data analysis, data modeling, and Power BI infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale information management and self‑service analytics enablement.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Experience with software/data engineering practices such as versioning, release management, and agile tools.
• Knowledge of at least one large‑scale data processing technology (e.g., high‑performance or distributed computing) and cloud or on‑prem environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a product‑ and customer‑centric approach.
