About the role

We are seeking a senior Human Resources leader to drive end‑to‑end HR operations for our fast‑growing healthcare organization in Bengaluru. The role will focus on recruiting clinical and non‑clinical talent, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

Full‑cycle recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding, confirmations, and manage exit procedures.
Draft, update and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures and related documentation.
Oversee HR operations and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity and other legal requirements.
Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives and provide support to senior leadership.

Required profile

6–10+ years of core HR experience.
Medical or healthcare background (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance matters.
Preferably a qualification in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management.
Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.
