Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead end‑to‑end HR operations for Ibex Engineering’s manufacturing and corporate teams in Bengaluru South. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Indian labour laws and industry certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires.
• Administer HR policies, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintain HR documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate payroll inputs and benefits with finance.
• Design and deliver training and development programs aligned with business growth.
• Support health, safety, and environmental compliance in partnership with EHS teams.
• Continuously improve HR processes to align with Ibex’s culture of excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Strong experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior HR leadership or managerial experience in manufacturing, engineering, or healthcare‑related industries is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
