Senior HR Lead / Manager – Global Capability Centre

About the role

Liberty Mutual’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) – Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) is looking for a senior HR professional to drive HR delivery, ensure compliance, and support rapid scaling of the organisation in India.

Key responsibilities

• Establish core HR frameworks, governance, and operating rhythms for LDA.
• Define organisational structure, spans, layers and decision‑making clarity.
• Partner with leadership to design workforce strategy, hiring plans and capability building.
• Lead organisational design, restructuring and performance‑oriented culture initiatives.
• Build and stabilise end‑to‑end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations).
• Strengthen talent market positioning, employer branding and critical hiring.
• Support compensation decisions, manage retention cases and ensure cost discipline.
• Handle employee‑relations risks with a business‑first approach.
• Use HR data (attrition, hiring, productivity) to guide decisions and actions.
• Act as a thought partner to LDA and APAC leadership on people and scaling decisions.

Required profile

• PG/MBA in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in GCC, shared services or global organisations.
• Proven experience building or scaling teams/functions from an early stage.
• Track record of delivering outcomes directly, not only through teams.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws; APAC exposure is a plus.
