Senior Holiday Expert

About the role

The Senior Holiday Expert drives revenue by promoting and selling holiday packages to prospective travellers. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to booking confirmation, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for holiday packages.
• Assess customer travel needs and recommend suitable itineraries.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion and encourage repeat business.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotations and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly throughout the sales process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions and other sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in holiday or travel sales, or a comparable customer‑facing sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
